VEGAN BANANA PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM
makes about 6 servings
· ingredients ·
8 large bananas
60g cocoa powder
60g peanut butter
100ml oat milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
· step by step ·
place all the ingredients in a food processor and mix it until looks smooth and creamy.
pour everything in a clean container and keep in the freezer for 3 or 4 hours, mixing it every 30min.

if you don’t like peanut butter you can make the same recipe but without it and will work as well.
if you want a super fast ice cream just use frozen bananas and serve at the moment.
you can substitute oat milk for another that you like, for example almond or rice milk.
if you don’t mix the ice cream every 30 min, and you leave it in the freezer for hours, you’ll have just a sweet rock instead of an ice cream. you can use an ice cream maker also, which is perfect.
